Red Icon Notification is permanent on Your Station.
Recently players have had the red icon notifications show permanently on their Goild Coin amount and SHOP icons. Please contact Pixel Federation support.
There is a glitch that looks like you've been kicked out of your Union. This is a fairly common bug. Just close the game, then restart and you should be fine.
